Gurvan Bukhat Group has been operating in the construction and development sector since 2009. Today, we successfully operate across four core areas including project management, investment, production, and both domestic and international trade — making a tangible contribution to the development of our nation.

We are implementing benchmark-setting projects in Mongolia's construction industry that are environmentally responsible, inclusive, and people-centered in design and planning. To date, we have successfully executed 8 major projects, providing housing for over 2,100 families and creating stable employment for more than 1,000 individuals, while over 170 skilled professionals — including architects, engineers, and technical specialists — work with dedication across the Group's 9 subsidiary companies.

Gurvan Bukhat LLC was established to operate in the trading sector.

Started supply and installation of energy and heating equipment. Obtained special license for heating and electrical installations and successfully completed the first heating pipeline installation.

Expanded into construction services, completing a 4-story commercial building with a basement.

Signed a partnership agreement with SkyVIP Construction to expand operations.

Acquired the Danfoss brand distributor rights for heating equipment, laying the foundation for international business relations.

Successfully executed the company's first independent project: Dalanzadgad Apartment in Ömnögovi Province.

Completed successful joint projects: Sky Residence 3, Bayan-Burd Residence, Dalanzadgad Apartment 2.
